The Application is available for the following geographic areas: Karpathos, Lesvos, Tinos, Mykonos, Famagusta, Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos and Larnaca (“Area”).
The Application is the ideal companion for any traveller. The travel guide has catalogued ALL of the Area’s tourist related businesses in 9 main categories. The app does not require data connection to work after the initial installation.
The user uses the application to see all of the Area’s hotels, businesses, villages, bars, restaurants jewellery stores, food markets or anything else you might need. Each entry can contain multiple images, contact details, the menu or brochure and the exact GPS point for easy access and navigation.
RATE: The user can rate each entry to his/her liking, with 1 to 5 stars.
ADD TO FAVOURITES: The user taps the “Add to Favourites” button to get easy access to his/her prefered choices.
NEAR ME: The user selects the “Near Me” button on the right hand side menu and he/she can see ALL of the businesses, beaches, historical sites or events near him/her. He/she can use the filters to facilitate his/her search.
USEFUL INFORMATION: Easy access of all the important services in Lesvos island, such as the police, the hospital etc. Easily call and locate with one click buttons.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application does not require user login and therefore the user does not provide any personal information.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant tourist spots. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, email@example.com.
Push Notifications via OneSignal
Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, we may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including the OneSignal Messaging SDK, to passively collect information (collectively, “SDK Information”), which generally helps us deliver personalized notifications. This data may also be used to identify you in a unique manner across other devices or browsers for the purposes of customizing ads or content. Depending on the permissions granted to this application, this information may include personally identifiable information (PII) including your e-mail address.
